Neurodiverse families each have unique needs, as a family unit and individually within this. For the parent or carer who coordinates all of this and provides care to everyone, it can be an exhausting gig!


You've heard or read the basics like taking time out for yourself and asking for help. These are important but don't always suit your current situation or provide lasting support to you. It is better to invest time and energy in deeper changes so that your life isn't one that you constantly seek recovery and time out from.


Having previously worked in the Families & Carers team at Mind Australia, Dr. Grace Hancock, clinical psychologist, gained valuable knowledge in this important area. She aims to share some of these valuable insights and experiences with you during this empowering webinar.
